Contradictions
While I’ve never struggled with these questions, I’ve never had my faith shaken over them either. However, I may encounter people who do struggle with these issues, or you may find yourself grappling with them.
Maybe your too afraid to look deeply at this because it will ruin your faith. It will not.

QUESTIONS FROM THE BOOK
5 What did they ask Jesus in the synagogue after this? Why did they ask this?
6 By what means did Jesus justify healing on the Sabbath?
10 What complaint did the Pharisees make when Jesus healed her?
11 What question did Jesus ask when he ate with the ruler of the Pharisees? The answer?
12 To what did Jesus compare healing on the Sabbath?
Jesus Heals an Infirm Woman: Luke 13:10-17
Jesus Heals a Man at Bethesda
We won’t be looking at Jesus healing the man at the pool of Bethesda in John 5:1-15.
But in that story, after he heals the man, what do the Pharisees want to correct about the man?
They don’t want him carrying his bed on the Sabbath day.
What was the man’s response? He simply repeated the words that Jesus told him to take up his bed and walk.
This is another story where the Pharisees and Jesus clash over the idea of what is right to do on the Sabbath.
Then, after Jesus meets the man again, he simply says, do not sin anymore, lest something worse happen to you.
